Entry#11: Insight of the Bloggers Life.

Hey guys welcome back and to my future bloggers listen up. As some of you know this is the last and final blog for my ENG102 class. As the title says, this week will be about my insight on blogging. This wasn’t my first time blogging, but it was my first time using the rhetorical triangle with blogger. At first, I was so comfortable with just rambling about my views and opinions; I really didn’t care to set the tone let alone have an audience to interact with. To me, this second time around was very difficult, but helpful in the process. I would say because the teacher graded us on using the rhetorical triangle on blogger and in the classroom for writing assignments. I love blogger because it’s a good way to communicate your thoughts freely for people who are extremely shy like me. I would recommend blogger for anyone who is shy to speak up in front of people or afraid to post online in general. Entry#10: Week 1 and now were almost done!

  Hey guys, this week I will be talking about my transition from week one to now the last week of English 102.   Looking back on week one to now week 14, I've noticed a big transition within myself.  For it to be my second time around blogging, I must admit this experience can never get old. I find myself wanting to blog on blogger more than be on social media. On blogger, I feel more free and open to talk about my personal life experiences and my opinions on certain topics. Recently I've been more free and open about certain situations I never once was open to talk about. During week one of this class, I was nervous to even speak in front of a large group of people, now majority of my talking is done in front of twelve to twenty-five people max. Entry#9: Media Synthesis

Hey guys, this week is all about media. In my English 102 class, I have been asked to write an essay about the power of media. Since I have been working on this essay, I have noticed the littlest things pertaining to media. Just yesterday I was talking to my brother about something on the news and when i tried to pull the article up, I couldn't. I had to pull the article up on Facebook . The fact that the news station that I was using didn't have the article on their own website but instead on Facebook took me by surprise. Normally when searching for the news , you are to go directly to the source which in my case was the news stations website. The fact that you can get recent news fast on social media sites and not the website is completely backwards to me. I've also noticed through out writing this essay, for people who are really not social media savvy can get the news from other sources like YouTube. Entry#8 Give your self confidence a boost!

    Hi guys this week we're gong to talk about having self confidence and what we could do to boost it. Self confidence is a feeling of trust in one's abilities, qualities, and judgement. Many times we are judged by the way we look, this can really down our self confidence. I always go by the saying "When you look good you feel good" because its so true!! When my hair and eyebrows are not done, I feel like the ugliest person on earth. But when my hair, nails, and outfit are on point, my self confidence is on a all time high.  I recently was having a moment when I had low self confidence especially after having my son. After carrying a baby for almost ten months, my body went through drastic changes. What helped me get through this phase was exercise and doing things that I loved to do. Welcome back guys, this week I have been asked in my English 102 class to read an article containing hashtags. I read the article " How #Hashtags changed the way we Talk"  and honestly I was  amazed on how Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon used hashtags. I liked the examples the writer was displaying. She used pictures from social media sites and videos. I personally participated in using hashtags on twitter when the trend first came out. I would say it is a short way to say things in a sentence without writing a whole sentence. When I participated in the trend I found that if you click on the hashtag, whatever is  hash-tagged pops up in the search engine.   What i found amazing was the hand gesture that went with it. I think the hand gesture is doing a bit much with the words"Hashtag". The author was comparing hashtags to English and I must admit that hashtags are the way to communicate on Twitter and Instagram. Entry#6: Motherhood at its finest

Hey guys welcome back, I just want to shine some light on Motherhood for a moment. JJ  (Justin Jr) is my now 1 and a half year old son. As he gets older, I'm starting to see he is acting more and more like me. If someone had told me that I would have a miniature me walking around, i'd totally laugh and say "yea right". Before I had him, I was selfish and stubborn granted I'm still stubborn but the selfishness had to go out the window. Being that I am the baby of the family, I never really had a chance to care for someone younger let alone a baby. When I first found out I was pregnant, I was like any other young mother, scared as hell. I think the only thing that really terrified me was the delivery part.  For the entire ten months of being pregnant, I did some real soul searching and put my selfishness aside and started really focusing on being a mother. Entry#5; Without No education in this world there is No opportunity!

Hey guys, In my ENG102 class we had to read this article about why Arizona needs more college grads. Once I read the article, I felt more positive about my career path knowing that change is about to come. Some will say its easy to obtain an diploma but after you have that diploma its up to the individual if they want to further their education. Growing up I was told that in order to have a chance at the " American Dream"  you need an education because a typical nine to five wont cut it. I made the decision to go to college but after I found a job. Then after I earned a degree or certificate , I will quit the job and pursue my career head on. Throughout this process of becoming an LPN, I have to say I should of just went to a nursing school because in universities and community colleges it tends to take longer.
