Entry #1: Blogs, Blogs, more Blogs!

Hey guys, Recently I was introduced to blogging, I have to admit its kind of fun not having any limitations on your personal opinions and ideas. I prefer visual blogs like videos on any social media so I can hear the tone and voice of the person voicing there opinion. Written blogs are cool too. I was asked to pick two blogs,  one that I like and one that I disliked. My first favorite blog that I always have to keep up with is the shade room(www.theshaderoom.com). Image result for shade roomThe shade room is basically about the recent news of celebrities and their everyday life problems. I love reading the different blogs on this page because it lets me know that I'm not the only one facing everyday life problems. This blog helps me with all the latest fashion trends, whats in and whats out(as for fashion).What artist is topping the charts, celebrity feuds, etc. They are very helpful in telling me about whats happening today in the world we live in.




Second is the blog that I didn't like which was Brain pickings (brainpickings.com). Image result for brain pickingsThis blog really challenged me to open up my mind. For one it is on a academic level that I haven't even reached yet. When I was asked to do this as a assignment in my ENG102 class, I was very upset because I knew it would take me sometime to understand it. It used big words that I had to google.One day I would love to be so academically advanced to the point I could relate to this blog but until then this would have to be one of my dislikes sorry. When you get some free time I encourage you to stop by one of these blog pages. Can you imagine in the next ten years someone reading your own personal blog? why or why not fill free to comment guys but for now I'll see you later ...logging off.

Hey guys, between working, taking care of your kid(s), and school, do you ever have a day where it's devoted just for you? Personally I devoted every other Friday which is what I call " Mommy Day". Being that everyday I am a mom and motherhood calls 24/8, It can be challenging but doing this helps give me the pick me up that I need. Mommy day can be me being in the house in my pj's and catching up on my shows or  treating myself to a manicure and pedicure. The reason why its every other Friday because normally when its not mommy day, I spend it with my son and we go out and enjoy each others company. Everyone should have a day or even a minute where they can collect their thoughts or take a break from the struggles of life. I find that giving myself some "Me" time, I'm more energized, positive, and I feel like I can conquer anything the next week throws at me. Entry#10: Week 1 and now were almost done!

  Hey guys, this week I will be talking about my transition from week one to now the last week of English 102.   Looking back on week one to now week 14, I've noticed a big transition within myself.  For it to be my second time around blogging, I must admit this experience can never get old. I find myself wanting to blog on blogger more than be on social media. On blogger, I feel more free and open to talk about my personal life experiences and my opinions on certain topics. Recently I've been more free and open about certain situations I never once was open to talk about. During week one of this class, I was nervous to even speak in front of a large group of people, now majority of my talking is done in front of twelve to twenty-five people max. Hey guys I'm Taconna. I enjoy reading urban fiction books, traveling inside the United States, and when I have time hang out with my friends. I am from Chicago, Illinois but I moved to Arizona about two years ago due to the violence back home. I love the atmosphere in Arizona and I plan on getting a house soon.  I am a mother of one handsome one year old baby boy. He is so smart and adventurous already.
