Entry#4: Saving some time for yourself.
Hey guys, between working, taking care of your kid(s), and school, do you ever have a day where it's devoted just for you? Personally I devoted every other Friday which is what I call " Mommy Day". Being that everyday I am a mom and motherhood calls 24/8, It can be challenging but doing this helps give me the pick me up that I need. Mommy day can be me being in the house in my pj's and catching up on my shows or treating myself to a manicure and pedicure. The reason why its every other Friday because normally when its not mommy day, I spend it with my son and we go out and enjoy each others company. Everyone should have a day or even a minute where they can collect their thoughts or take a break from the struggles of life. I find that giving myself some "Me" time, I'm more energized, positive, and I feel like I can conquer anything the next week throws at me. When I didn't save time for myself, I would stress, be depressed and feel like I wasn...

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way. At the beggining it was har for me to start up the bogs, but know I feel like I am more confident about it. Applying the rhetorical triangle has been hard for me.

Yay! We're almost done! This is such positive news. I agree with you about blogging. At first blogging was so new and unfamiliar. It was difficult trying to get used to it. Now we're all blogging experts. Great post! Thanks for sharing!
